What’s Included
- Provide the investment opportunity by sourcing a property deal in an area with current high growth in prices and high rental demand
- Case manage the Client through the purchase of the property
- Project manage, arrange & oversee any refurbishment of the property(ies) [if applicable] – with a fee
- Administer the handover of the property(ies) to a reputable letting agent for management
- Assist in any matters relating to refinancing the property(ies) should the Client choose to do so
Fee:
Minimum £5000 or, 3% of the property price + VAT (if any), with upfront £1000 + VAT (if any) as reservation fee, and the balance is due on exchange of the property
Package Deal 2
Sourcing and managing the purchase of a property with a below market value
What’s Included
- Provide the investment opportunity by sourcing a property deal in an area with current high growth in prices and high rental demand
- Case manage the Client through the purchase of the property
- Project manage, arrange & oversee any refurbishment of the property(ies) [if applicable] – with a fee
- Administer the handover of the property(ies) to a reputable letting agent for management
- Assist in any matters relating to refinancing the property(ies) should the Client choose to do so
Fee:
3% + VAT (if any) with a minimum of £3K + VAT (if any), with upfront £1000 + VAT (if any) to lock the property, and the balance is due on exchange of the property
Package Deal 3
Sourcing and managing the property with Joint Venture
What’s Included
- Provide the investment opportunity by sourcing a property deal in an area with current high growth in prices and high rental demand
- Case manage the Client through the purchase of the property
- Project manage, arrange & oversee any refurbishment of the property(ies) [if applicable] – with a fee
- Administer the handover of the property(ies) to a reputable letting agent for management and oversee it
- Assist in any matters relating to refinancing the property(ies) should the Client choose to do so
- Structure an SPV Company for the joint venture with a 50:50 ratio between the investor and the property manager
- Managing the Estate/Portfolio through the required repair and maintenance
Fee:
Initial fee £2000 + VAT (if any). Split the Profit and the Value Growth on a 50:50 ratio

Investment Loan
What’s Included
- Take an investment loan to source and purchase a property in an area with current high growth in prices and high rental demand
- Case manage the purchase of the property
- Project manage, arrange & oversee any refurbishment of the property(ies) [if applicable] – with a fee
- Administer the handover of the property(ies) to a reputable letting agent for management and oversee it
- Assist in any matters relating to refinancing the property(ies)
- Managing the Estate/Portfolio through the required repair and maintenance
Fee:
Initial fee £2000 + VAT (if any). Split the Profit on a 50:50 ratio until the investment loan is repaid
