High Income Potential
Fee: Minimum £5000 or, 3% of the property price + VAT (if any), with upfront £1000 + VAT (if any) as reservation fee, and the balance is due on exchange of the property. There is also a fee associated with the development of the property.
To actualize your investment goals, we will establish an SPV* company that makes it easier to track income and expenses related to your property. We will take full control of the project, using our large network to source the best property, before preparing it for letting with refurbishment – overseen entirely by our experts.

Fee: Initial fee £2000 + VAT (if any). Split the Profit on a 50:50 ratio until the investment loan is repaid. There is also a fee associated with the development of the property.
The success of your project is our priority. We will locate property in an area with solid growth in prices and high rental demand before personally managing the purchase. We will also manage refurbishment to produce a property that aligns with your goals. Our team will remain at your side through refinancing and assist in the handover to the letting agent.

Market Value
Fee: 3% + VAT (if any) with a minimum of £3K + VAT (if any), with upfront £1000 + VAT (if any) to lock the property, and the balance is due on exchange of the property. There is also a fee associated with the development of the property.
To support your investment ambitions, we will secure a loan that enables you to purchase a property. Our work doesn’t end there, as we will manage the process from purchase through to development, refinancing, and letting. We will also maintain the property and ensure repairs are completed to the highest standard.
